1. HANDMADE PRODUCT DISCLAIMER

All BJA Ceramics pieces are handmade and wheel-thrown, which means each item is unique. Slight variations in size, shape, glaze, and color are natural and should be expected. These variations are not considered defects but part of the character and craftsmanship of handmade work.

2. ORDER MINIMUMS (WHOLESALE)

• Minimum wholesale order: $100–$120 (depending on product line)

• Orders must meet the minimum to be processed

3. PRICING

• Wholesale pricing is provided upon request or through line sheets

• Suggested retail pricing is typically 2x wholesale

• Prices are subject to change with notice

4. PAYMENT TERMS

• Payment is required in full prior to production or shipment unless otherwise agreed

• Accepted forms of payment: [Zelle, CashApp, Invoice, etc.]

• Late payments may delay production and shipping

5. PRODUCTION & LEAD TIME

• All items are handmade to order

• Standard production time: 2–3 weeks (may vary depending on order size)

• Rush orders are not guaranteed but may be discussed

6. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout or invoiced separately

• BJA Ceramics is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers

• Tracking information will be provided once the order is shipped

7. DAMAGES & CLAIMS

• All items are carefully packaged

• If items arrive damaged, you must notify BJA Ceramics within 48 hours with photos

• Approved claims may be eligible for replacement or store credit

8. RETURNS & EXCHANGES

• Due to the handmade nature of items, all sales are final

• Returns are not accepted unless items arrive damaged

• Exchanges may be considered on a case-by-case basis

9. PRODUCT USE DISCLAIMER

• Some items are decorative and not intended for food or liquid use (when applicable)

• Customers are responsible for proper use of products

10. BRAND & RESALE POLICY

• BJA Ceramics products may not be rebranded or altered for resale

• Retailers must sell products under the BJA Ceramics name

• Proper credit should be given in online and in-store displays
